WALDEMAR PIOTROWSKI

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association, practising since 2010. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. On top of this, he graduated from the School of American Law organised by the Florida State University in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. He has also completed Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law and in Fiscal Penal Law at the University of Warsaw and the University of Lodz, respectively.
Over many years of providing legal assistance to foreign and Polish economic operators, including within renowned Polish law offices and firms, he has gained comprehensive experience involving such matters as management of the process of drawing up and negotiating contracts and agreements (leases of commercial premises, offices, and warehouses, distribution agreements, copyright agreements, contracts for the implementation of integrated computer systems in enterprises, public works contracts, contracts for the provision of consultancy services within the framework of real estate development projects, real estate mediation contracts, contracts with advertising agencies, employment contracts, etc.), consultancy on the sale of property, businesses, companies and partnerships, comprehensive preparation and implementation of construction works in terms of legal formalities, corporate issues, that is foundation, mergers, divisions, transformations, the winding up of companies, representation of Clients in courts (civil, administrative, criminal, arbitration courts), and before government authorities.

ŁUKASZ RAPACKI

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association, practising since 2011. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. He graduated from the School of British and European Law organised together by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University. He has also completed Post-Graduate Studies in Fiscal Penal Law at the University of Lodz.
He gained experience in renowned Polish law offices and firms, providing consultancy services in commercial cases, in particular regarding the real estate market, representing owners and tenants of commercial facilities, advising on real estate purchase and sale transactions, conducting due diligence of real estate, enterprises and companies, and representing his Clients in criminal cases.
He provides legal services to companies from various industries, and represents Clients in court disputes and administrative proceedings.
He provides assistance in criminal and criminal business cases in various aspects. He represents victims in proceedings related to acts committed to their detriment, and provides consultancy to natural persons and business entities in crisis situations.
